Hereby states that borrowers are subject to and bound by the terms and conditions contained in the Terms and Conditions and are adjusted to the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

All forms of consequences arising in connection with the use of the website will be resolved based on the laws of the Central Jakarta District Court or other regional district courts in Indonesia.

Disclaimer for Lenders:

That the Lender is aware of and fully assumes the risk of providing a loan;

That no party bears the risk of default on the loan or is responsible for losses of the Organizer, Lender and/or Borrower from or related to the provision of a loan or any agreement between the Organizer, Lender and/or Borrower, except for insurance coverage in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions;

That the Lender is responsible for the risk of default;

That the Lender is required to study basic knowledge about Information Technology-Based Lending Services (“LPMUBTI”) before providing a loan;

That any fraud and illegal acts are fully reported to the Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) and the wider community in accordance with applicable laws and regulations; and

That the Lender has read and studied all terms and conditions.

Disclaimer for Loan Recipients:

That the Loan Recipient is aware of and fully assumes the risk of receiving a loan;

That the Loan Recipient is aware of the risk of losing assets or wealth due to default;

That the Loan Recipient is aware of, considers and agrees to all levels of service fees and applicable fees according to the ability to repay the loan;

That the Loan Recipient is required to study basic knowledge about LPMUBTI before receiving a loan;

That any fraud and illegal actions are fully reported to the OJK and the wider community in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;

That the Loan Recipient's loan records will be reported periodically to the OJK and/or the Indonesian Joint Funding Fintech Association for the benefit of the Fintech Lending Data Center or Fintech Data Center which will be utilized together with the Organizers, national banking industry players and other financial industries.

That the Loan Recipient has read and studied all terms and conditions.

Each User is deemed to have agreed to the provisions of the Confidentiality Policy including the Collection, Process, Use, Sharing & Provision and Storage of data information carried out by Us by visiting the OPTIMA site. OPTIMA is responsible, committed to always protecting the confidentiality and security of Our Users. In this case we will not disseminate and sell, information, and data from Our Users, both personal and work, for commercial purposes such as marketing data to other parties. OPTIMA always upholds the principle of confidentiality and caution for Users. In connection with our role as a financial service provider, we hereby commit to always comply with the rules and laws in force in Indonesia.

We can share and provide information and data in the loan application process, especially for data verification, validation and confirmation activities. We only apply this to our subcontractors, service providers
